I got Vonage service so my kids could have a phone at the house. I don't use it in favor my cell phone.
The kids moved out months ago and I noticed the charge on my bank account and decided I no longer needed the service. I cancelled service with Vonage on Nov 7th. Vonage bills in advance for the next month and the bill was generated on Nov 4th. The bill was received at my bank and paid on Novermber 7th and Vonage refused to refund the bill since they can't prorate the bill?
So I'll be charged for a month of service for a service I don't have? Bad idea Vonage.
