Long time vonage customer who pays annually every February ($404). I cancelled my account in June of this year because it keeps getting more expensive for service i dont use.

I asked about the prorated refund of the prepaid fees (July thru next February) and was told i wont get any refund because it is past the 45 day limit from when I paid in February.

That aint right... rip-off.

Today I received an email from Ms. Keely of the Vonage Executive Response Team who agreed to refund me for the 8 unused months of service.

I believe that this action is a fair and equitable conclusion to my issue with them. I only wish that it didn't have to escalate to this level to resolve an issue of fairness.
