I had a problem with the Vonage Extension issues and called Vonage and a guy from India named Jay was extremely rude to a customer and hardly knew very much about resolving my issue. So I asked if I could maybe speak to a supervisor and he JUST HUNG UP.
I was so disappointed.
I have been with Vonage for many years and the CUSTOMER SERVICE has deteriorated very badly. I am now talking with LINGO and will soon switch.
I wonder if these reviews are being monitor by the TOP_GUNS at VONAGE ESPECIALLY THEIR CEO Mr Alan Masarek.
