I HAD A 12 MO 9.99 SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE APRIL.

I DON'T WANT TO GO INTO IT TO MUCH BECAUSE OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND A HEART CONDITION. I AM 72 YEARS.

I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES TO CANCEL WITH NO TRUTH ON THIS. THEY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD LAST MONTH AND CALLED CARD SERVICES AND TOLD THEM NO MORE CHARGES BY THEM. THE CARD COMPANY HAS FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS.

GUESS WHAT THIS MONTH THEY WENT AHEAD AGAIN BUT WAS DENIED. I CALLED THEM JULY 4 AND SAID YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. PLUS I TOLD THEM TO LOOK BACK AND THEY WILL SEE I NEVER WAS CONNECTED. I JUST PAID $9.99 FOR 12 MONTHS.........THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN MY LIFE TO DEAL WITH.

THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT WITH SUPERVISOR, AND CALL YOU BACK. GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER CALL BACK. UNREAL THIS COMPANY HAS SUCH BAD PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.

A COUPLE PEOPLE WERE GOING TO GO WITH THEM. I MET THEM AT BRANDS MART, AND AFTER HEARING STORY THEY SAY NO THANKS WITH VONAGE.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
