Literally the worst on boarding I have ever experienced!
The support don't know how it works, part of the system I am told are not build or have so many faults that they are not showing up to use!
I am unable to make vital updates and changes on the system admin area (HOW THE CALLS ARE ROUTED AND HANDLED) because it literally won't save!
If your lucky enough to get someone on the phone they are generally not helpful and even argumentative.
I will speak to my solicitor about the impact on my business, the costs due to the impact and as of now I can see us having to move services and then sue Vonage for our losses.
