I have had this running issue with Vonage for the last year and half. I first discovered that they were charging a fee on my credit card in Oct, called to inform them that I did not have any services with them.
They refunded 3 out of the 9 months and all services had been cut off. Now its started again. No statements, no number, just the customer service number on my credit card bill.
Customer service rep didn't know what to do and just trying to transfer us to other reps. Stupid rude and scam company.
