I call vontage to disconte my service. I was told I would owe a disconte fee.

I told them that I was never told about the fee and disconte my service they refused and bill me for service the next month where I then change my credit card. I told them it like RAPE I told you to stop but they keep going. I contact them told them to send me a statement insted they sent it collection company stating they do not send out statement. I never work with such bad customer service from a company.

Customers come last money first.

Monetary Loss: $40.
