Voice Carrier Terms of Service
This Agreement ("Agreement") is between Voice Carrier LLC. This Agreement governs both the Services described below and any devices provided by Voice Carrier LLC for use in conjunction with the Services, including but not limited to the "Voice Carrier Equipment" (as defined herein). In this Agreement, The Client and The User's mean the customer of the Voice Carrier LLC. Services defined below, and "Voice Carrier," Website" Company's" and Voice Carrier mean Voice Carrier LLC and any Voice Carrier affiliates authorized to provide The Client with Voice Carrier Services. Upon signing up for the Service and at subsequent times as requested by Voice Carrier, The Client of Voice Carrier agree to provide to www.voicecarrier.com with The Client's accurate, current, and complete personal name and/or business name, administrator name, billing address, shipping address, the addresses where the Services will primarily be used, 911 registered address for each applicable device, email address, contact phone number, credit card information, and other data which may be necessary to administer The User's account.

Voice Carrier Privacy Policy
A Customer is anyone who purchases Voice Carrier products or services. When a Customer purchases products or services for use by others (for example, when a Customer purchases wireless service for use by staff in their business), those people may be considered Customers too. A User is anyone who visits Company's Web sites. Personal Information is information that directly identifies or reasonably can be used to identify an individual Customer or User. Examples include name, address, telephone number, email address, Social Security number, and financial account number. Personal Information does not include Published Listing Information as discussed in more detail below. Anonymous Information is information that does not directly identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual Customer or User.

The User of Website must have a high quality, reliable Internet connection, with enough bandwidth to support the number of lines The Client need. Every line, every call, uses 80 Kbits/second of bandwidth to send audio out to the outbound caller while using 80 Kbits/second of bandwidth inbound to the Voice Carrier extension. This is effectively 156Kbits per second for each call. The User of Website need enough bandwidth to support the number of simultaneous calls The User need. If The Client of Voice Carrier want to make ten calls at the same time, The Customer should have a 1.5Mbit Internet connection in both directions. If The Client have a connection with 1.5Mbit down and 768Kbit up, The User can only make five simultaneous calls, because the uplink speed is the limiting factor. Phone quality and bandwidth requirements will also vary if The Client of Voice Carrier have many computers using the same internet connection.
