I have had four of these devices. Three have been replacements.

Today, April 10, 2017, I was told that there is a firmware issue that may take up to a week to be downloaded. I have spoken to two technical representatives who did not seem to care about my concerns, just wait is what they want me to do. I was sent an E55-E2 to fix the problem, it was broken when it arrived. When it was reported, the technical rep.

would not send another E55-E2 because it is an upgrade, how are we the customers suppose to know this. I have been happy with Vizio, I have another model that has worked well for the past two years.

Only one person out of the five or six I have spoken to seems to understand customer service. Just beware when calling customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $498.

Preferred solution: Send me the E55u-E2 that was sent and was defective..

Vizio Pros: Tv while it worked.

Vizio Cons: Customer service falls short, Poor product and customer service.
