Vizio worst TV purchase

Purchased new Vizio summer 2022 for my home office. Remote is very slow to respond.

I changed batteries and still same problems. Slow internet connection even though the router is in the same room. Do not have this problem with 2 Samsung TV's in other rooms of the house. Cannot use all apps including Freevee which is the one I watch most.

Constantly freezes during the day and I sometimes have to disconnect completely to reset it per Vizio's customer service help. Now at 6:30 am when I am trying to login for work, I turn on the Tv and I have no signal, apparently I can't use my TV until I read and agree to Vizio's updated terms. I assume I am agreeing to accept the poor quality of this product.

I will never buy anything from Vizio again especially another television. I do not need a follow up from Vizio I just want to give others a heads up so they do not waste their money.

TV has been hit by lightning

No one really helped me at all. My Vizio TV was hit by lightning and no one that I talk to seem like they care so now Im out of a TV.

I have had my tv for 5 yeas. It does not have a port for an Antenna, so I can't watch local channels without paying for cable or a streaming service that has them.

My screen has also started blinking, this is an issue many customers are having and to customer support, its not a known issue and my tv is outside any hey sent an article I had already used to troubleshoot my tv, which did not fix my issue. Hence why I contacted support. They then immediately just said it had to be replaced.

They offered zero help. I will not buy another product

I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but I believe it might’ve been D or something DY I’m not sure but he was very knowledgeable he made me happy because I was crazy trying to do it myself it’s ridiculous how to reprogram everything I don’t know why that happened that’s weird I pretty much know to turn off the power unplug the TV restarted but it wasn’t doing it the channels were skipping and the volume went from 0 to 100 as loud as he could go terrible but he fixed it 150% he fixed it
