I ordered 7 bracelets for Christmas gifts in November (2016) I got shipping confirmation and then nothing. I've emailed them 5 times.

I need to take this further and have them investigated. This is a scam. The posts on Facebook are being posted by themselves. How do we get refunded and stop them?

They have done this to too many innocent shoppers and now I keep getting emails giving me 10 percent off of my next order. The worst is the ignoring of emails and posts that I keep putting on their website on Facebook.

I think if we keep trashing the on Facebook it will help with this. Everyone needs to do something beyond this page of reviews.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $86.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Vitality Extracts Cons: Mislead the consumer, Took my money and did not ship the item.

I also had a gut feeling they were not a trustworthy company. No where did I see store credits only.

No cash refunds. I was a legal secretary and looked under "Terms and Policies" and there were three words there that said "see return policy". WHERE?? I emailed to ask and they said it was under FAQ.

WRONG. it should go under TERMS AND "POLICIES"!!!! Ordered 3 bracelets. two were too big.

Then a sales representative gave me a bargain to buy car diffuser and two essential oils with free shipping and discounts, etc. Have not tried the car diffuser. was going to be a present for my daughter. Should I dare send it to her??

Nope. Not a good company and am not going to bother sending back the bracelets. not worth my time and energy.

Just going to write bad reviews for them. IGNORE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered from them November 13th, today is Jan 3 and nothing has arrived yet. I do have a tracking # and USPS does seem to recognise the number.

It says it has been processed through a facility in Shanghai. Either way it's been over 50 days and I'm losing faith...

Hi Janice,

I apologize for any confusion, your package starts with another carrier and transfers to USPS, it is not that your package hasn't been shipped. The product has been traveling in China which does include going through customs.

Please allow a full 28 Business days for delivery. It has been 24 business days since the order was placed.

Feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns. Thanks, -Team Vitality
