How do I get my refund for wrongful deductions in Botswana.

I cancelled my family membership including my husband following up with confirmation of his cancellation. In August 2021 virgin active Botswana claimed that deductions were wrongful due to a *** snd they would also verify once their systems were back up.

Whats worse is that randon amounts would be deducted via direct debit on off dates. Recently i sent my statements and someoone said they would call me back, a manager called Neo after i spent more than 30 minutes at the gym. These are difficult times and virgin active botswana is very unprofessional, and these deductions are unethical.

If i dont get my tot refunds within the next 2 days I will be reporting this to the consumer watchdog. This is utterly unfair, our families are in financial difficulties as they are.
