I was pressured into purchased some $550 worth of skin care product because without purchasing the stuff, they would not let me go out of the door. Hours later when I washed my face at home, my skin was hurting from the sample they applied on my face.

I then checked online for their reviews/reputation. BAD, BAD, BAD! So, I mailed all the merchandise back to them. They accepted my returns, but refused to refund.

That means, they take my money and have the merchandise.

My problem with this company is that their sales agents never informed their customer their products are non-refundable, BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE SALE. There was a non-refundable verbiage on the receipt, but it would be too late to return at that post BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER ALREADY SIGNED THE RECEIPT, NOT BEFORE.

Product or Service Mentioned: Vine Vera Sales Representative.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $221.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Vine Vera Cons: Accepted mail return, But refused to refund.
