SCAMs & LIEs at Vida Vacations, Vidanta, Destinos Unlimited!
Please don't attend their sales presentation. They enticed you with free breakfasts and other gifts.
They promised you that the presentation would be only 90 minutes. Not true; it turned out to be 8 or 9 exhausting hours. At the presentation, they bombarded you with different smooth-talking sales people. They would not let you go, until you were totally worn out by their incessant sales pitches ---- from an initial exorbitant price (such as USD $69,000) to an almost give-away (such as USD $1,000).
They promised you anything and everything; but they were all lies, and lies, and lies. We were scammed at their resorts in Nuevo Vallarta. We went to PROFECO for help.
We finally got our money back, after many months of anguish, anxiety, and agony. Please don't attend their sales presentation!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
