I had service with Exede/Viasat for 150 gb with what was supposed to be up to 25 Mb. Never did my service ever give me the 25 Mb speed.

So recently, I moved and I was forced to switched plans to an unlimited plan that supposedly “metered” after 45 gb of use. I’ve never seen anything like this. The service has metered to below .21 mb speed and speeds very close. I’ve tried to speak with their customer service with absolutely no assistance.

They have no care or inclination to keep customers. My dissatisfaction continues. Shrug Their answer to the question is spend more money on more data.

I’m already spending a large sum on their plan and cannot afford to keep plunking down their exorbitant amounts for extra data when it’s supposed to be unlimited. Wake up Viasat.
