Got hooked up with service two weeks ago. The day after I got hooked up I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn't get my system running properly.

During that time my system has not worked one day. They even sent me an email stating that it wasn't working however, they say I have used 31 GB of data during that time. This sounds like a scam or rip off to me and I think someone should start a class action lawsuit because I am sure there is a lot more wrong with this company than the problems I am having.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! Save your money, this is even worse than NOT having service since they make you pay for no service.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.
