They have the worst customer service, they are not truthful in the least. I was given a service plan and told it would be fine for games and movies and 4 days later we were at our limit.
I work from home at times and this has caused a major conflict. They have done NOTHING to try to accommodate me but threaten fines if i remove my card from the account and fines if I cancel. I would NEVER refer this company to anyone! Even trying to contact them can be nearly impossible!
Previously with Direct TV I have had an issue with whomever they used.
Its a shame Direct TV has had to resort to this! They make it sounds so good up front and then screw you from behind!
