Ask Community about Venmar

I had a Venmar HRV EKO 1.5 installed in my new home almost six years ago. It does not work at present - the booting sequence underneath the unit never ends (keeps cycling) and the unit does not come on.

I am interested in having someone with experience with Venmar units come to my home to fix the unit and despite considerable effort, I cannot find information for Venmar repair services in my state (Virginia).

I read that Broan has some sort of relationship with Venmar, but the Broan customer service website does not provide any information or direction for customers with a Venmar unit. I would really appreciate your guidance on where to turn.
