My name is Aliza Gerstein, and I recently ordered items through the website in order no. VEL613339.
One shirt didn't fit well at all, and when I tried to return it I received a notification that the shirt is not returnable as it was a final sale. Though, when I purchased the item, I didn't know it was a final sale. When I received a confirmation for my order, it didn't mentioned a final sale, also when I received the shipping notification (of course, I will be happy to show a picture of the emails related to this item. The shirt is The Prudy 3/4 sleeve, color camel and size small.
I paid for the shirt $80.
Since then I received a follow-up from Pissed Customer to find out if my complaint was taking care. Would you please let me know your response, ASAP. Thank you!
This is the 2nd time I am sending a message through this method. No one answer my call when I called customer service, and I will appreciate hearing back from you about this matter and my request.
