Contact USC Credit Union Customer Service

There is only one published USC Credit Union email address. For all your concerns and inquiries, email customer service at usccu@usccreditunion.org. Your email will be referred to the division that can assist you. You can expect a response within 2-3 days. For urgent matters, please call customer service for an immediate response.

All the office locations are available on the website. For instance, the Health Sciences Campus branch is located at 1969 Zonal Avenue, SRH 101B, Los Angeles, CA 90033. Consult the website to find the office nearest to you. The headquarters address is the same as the corporate office address: USC Credit Union, 3720 S. Flower Street, Los Angeles, California 90007, United States. This is also the overnight mailing address for FedEx or UPS.

If you need to contact the Union, you can call during the USC Credit Union's hours of operation, between 9 AM and 5 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Outside these hours, you can still send an email, and customer service will respond as soon as possible during operational hours.

You can contact support online via the USC Credit Union website. Go to the site and click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. If you don't want to use the live chat facility, click "Contact Us" and follow the prompts to fill out a message requesting that the support team contact you.
