Ever since Stuart Parker took over as CEO of USAA, the company has turned to ***. No service, all greed.

They left me in the dust when I needed them most. This kind of stuff never happened under the direction of the last CEO. They used to be like a brother to me. Always there to help, and now they've turned into a greedy, technology-happy, corner-cutting piece of *** company.

This is especially awful due to the fact that their primary goal is supposed to be serving those who have served the country. Active duty, veterans, etc.

I'm a disabled combat veteran getting hardly anything from the VA and now I'm getting mistreated by USAA.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $100000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

USAA Cons: Everything after ceo change.

ah... I'm just getting started finding out more about USAA.

I'm a vet, have been with for decades... but at the moment they have made it impossible for me to pay of my small charge from them (blocked me for the website where I would pay, for one thing), and refuse to discuss with me (email me with no possible reply, give me phone numbers than never answer).

They have tacked many "fees" on me, place me for collection, and ruined my credit rating. Interesting to know why they went evil on us.

They admitted there was a fraudulent charge on our credit card in a European city - where we were charged twice at 2 different rates for 1 Iris Hotel room. After "Mat" at CEO Services admitted this and said he would look into it further, he called back a day later to say they would do nothing more.

So someone above him told him to do no more. In other words, we were responsible for both the legitimate and the fraudulent charge. We've now completely pulled our savings out of their bank, and are looking for new insurers.

We've been with them for over 40 years, so we aren't making this decision lightly. So sorry to see such a great company turn so bad.

We agree! My husband and I are both active duty and feel that USAA no longer has our back.

Sorry to hear brother as a past USAA member, as adisabled older veteran. Itโ€™s all the banks agenda!

See the big banks CEOโ€™s etc, resignations during ups and downs like 2008-9 crash and during Trumps presidency, others in the past. Most recently in the past year! And just follow the money. Every Business like Wally World!, Amazon, etc.

They resign(runaway) b4 with there wealth and guaranteed bonuses, when things like the economy change, lije before it crashes, corrects, stock market, โ€œcovidโ€, pandemics, war and so on excuses... all BS and history repeats itself! God bless brother and thank you for your service if itโ€™s appropriate now?...Lita if documents, documentaries, books on this subject. Peace and blessings for you and all affected by this agenda.

Just donโ€™t use them and buy from them?

Hard to do but be prepared like in the military?! Rob

USAA is replete with arrogant and stupid employees. I was insured by them for fifty years.

Bo more. They lie and steal.

The reps know nothing. Itโ€™s really very discouraging.

Looking for new bank service now. Their insurance rates are extremely higher than other companies , too.

USAA has made depositing to them frigging next to impossible with out using a cell phone. They ask for a scanned check, but only accept it if you use their app on a cell phone.

--WHICH data mines EVERYTHING on your phone.-- All of it. How do I know? I work for a Tech lab and with their permission I tested it in an isolation room. The phone attempted to reach a USAA link/data-point that was unassociated with the banking ones.

I spoofed the receiving point and my phone linked to it and sent a small packet. (i responded) Then, via automated logs, 38 hours later (at 4am) my phone sent EVERYTHING (all data on the phone) to the link.

I advise everybody to stay away from USAA Federal Savings bank. This bank is a dishonest scheme, a swindle.

I opened an account in October, deposited money into the account an wired funds into the account.

Today February 24 I havenโ€™t been able to log on via the internet and havenโ€™t received a single statement. When you call ( I called 15 times, each time over an hour wait, listening to their terrible USAA jingle,) the representative will tell you that after review a manager will call you, which never happens.

USAA traditionally supported the military community, but has been and will continue to seek further growth from entities that could say are military associated. Meaning theyโ€™ll give membership to just about anyone now...my grandpas cousin served, so Iโ€™m a member too right??They seem to higher only non military people except for low level jobs. Usaa is not what it used to be.
