The Uprova customer service team is ready to receive appeals during the following business hours: Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Friday, the company team operates from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Keep in mind that the mentioned schedule is based on the EST time zone.
