New ReviewerThis company was contracted to move me from Chicago, IL to Portland, OR. It was a disaster from start to finish.
The movers who showed up were subcontracted and did not speak English - I had to use Google Translate.
In addition, they asked for more money which I refused to pay.
When the second set of subcontracts finally showed up in Oregon, I had to pay an additional $250.00 - cash only - or they would not unload my belongings - and they expected a tip - cash only.
My belongings were destroyed - boxes crushed, ripped open, grime on everything. In addition, a wall was gauged by the delivery staff - and broke two pieces of furniture.
I made fourteen (14!) attempts by voice mail, email, and text messages to settle the issue - zero response.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has given them an "F" rating and removed them.
I sued them in small claims court and won 100% of what I asked for in damages - submitting to the court 32 pictures of the damage(s).
User's recommendation: Never use this company - buyer beware!
Preferred solution: Summary Judgement by the court - full payment of what was ordered by the court..
