My wife purchased leather recliners and such from Hudson Furniture with a warranty through Pure Balance. Everything was fine until my daughter accidentally punctured and scratched one of the recliners.

We call support and was connected with Pure Balance, a technician came out and looked at the damage and said that it will either be repaired or replaced. 6 weeks went by and we finally call them to find that they closed our claim; we reopened it and the came back and said scratches were not covered. Per our contract they are covered.

I disputed their findings and they still denied repair/replacement of the unit. {{Redacted}} I contacted Hudson Furniture for a resolution/money back.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: Repair or replace (honor warranty).

Uniters Pure Cons: Not good once we submitted a claim.
