Received a call offering as a replacement with my current medical health insurance coverage with Metroplus, that they could give me a lower better rate. They said I would also be covered for medical, vision & dental. They did not explain this was a discount plan and they also added me to a NEA membership as well that I don't even qualify for. None of the quotes given added up and they immediately overcharged my debit checking. Live customer service could not reached and I had to call numerous numbers to try to cancel with voice mail or email only. Because of their deceptive Greed, this company would of taken my money monthly and would have left me in the dark with no health insurance coverage at all. Upon threatening further action of their bad tactics, and changing my checking card #, I finally got all my money back - Stay away - lies.

This is still happening to me. I've been trying to cancel this since February and they have charged me every month! I don't know what to do

Just get a new debit card, and then they won't charge you. I emailed them and was able to cancel with them .

I was also got the shaft from this company. My out hundreds of dollars. Maybe its time for a class action law suit.

Danger!!!! Heed my words.

This is not health insurance. They will take your money. I am probably out $214.00 but if I can save just one person from these *** it will be worth the loss.

Just try to send them an email from their website and you will find out. Evil people that will *** without hesitation.

Hi I am also a victim of these scammers. They would only refund me one month of payment and stated that the initial sign up cost was non refundable.

I told them they did nothing for me why would I give them $150 that was stealing especially since they claimed they were an actual insurance company!

I hate being taken advantage of, I guess I'm just trying to find out if there's any way to get my full refund back or just mark it as a loss and move on. Any advise?

Do not give in to these crooks. Why should they get rich and keep any of your money for their lies.

What the tell you over the phone and what their website states are two different stories.

You should not incur any further charges and your policy will terminate at the end of the most recently paid cycle. Thank you, Sent: I sent you a cancellation form for a request of a full refund.

I do not wish to pay for anything currently now or future cycles and I am requesting no coverage and I expect a full refund immediately, before I take further steps. This is fraud and will be reported. United Value Benefit also added in the NEA membership which was an unauthorized charge to my checking acct. as well.

As I believed for the only purpose of getting a better rate quote for needed medical health insurance coverage claimed and recorded by your agent, I was instead unknowingly charged for these non useful benefits from your deceitful company that DO NOT offer any Medical Health Coverage at all and I want ALL my money back because of this deception. I will be checking my bank info and following up on all names and numbers with further action pending until this problem is satisfactory resolved. This is taking too long. Where is all of my money.

As an added precaution, I have informed my bank and if necessary will change my account number to prevent any future debits. Received: We have received your request to cancel and are processing immediately. All future drafts are terminated. Thank you.

Sent: Thanks for my FULL refund. This whole transaction was a greedy deceitful nightmare. Shame on you, and in the future this company and its representative agents need to be completely honest and clear as to what they are offering and not so misleading in taking advantage of offering a better lower rate for fake incomplete Medical Insurance Coverage, otherwise the person might be left with no real medical health coverage at all and that would be a shame.

I almost dropped and cancelled mine, believing I was getting something better.

The same happened to me I am worried because they have my scn I Called my credit card company they will refund my money. It's crazy how well they pull this off!!!

Sorry to hear you are having the same issues & problems. I called back immediately and waited about a week for them to credit my money back.

So if you paid by credit card, you are more protected and can call to dispute or do a charge back with your credit card company. But, if you paid by your debit card or checking account then alert your bank and just order a new card account number to also prevent them from further collecting in the future.

To clear matters with United Benefit, I called or left messages at 844-716-****, then I also sent emails to support@***.com and to alysha@***.com

As for the NEA added membership you have to request a cancellation form and I called 1 80*-***-**** I sent emails to Patrick@***.com, cody@***.com

Newsales@***.com
