If you prefer written correspondence over discussing concerns on the phone, you can use the United Power email system. For general inquiries, you can email your request to unitednewsline@unitedpower.com. For scholarship program inquiries, send your request to jstewart@unitedpower.com via email. Alternatively, you can send a message via the message facility on the website. Fill out the form on the website and submit it; customer service will return to you.

The United Power website forms part of customer service. To access information and contact possibilities, go to the website and click "Contact Us." Fill out the message form on your screen to submit your question. A United Power member services representative will get back to you soon. You can expect a response to your email or message within 2 to 3 days. For power outages, please report them via SmartHub, the web portal, and the mobile app. You may have to answer a Captcha question for security reasons. Another option for contact is to request a chat. Click on "Chat" on the website, select why you want to chat, and follow the prompts.
