United Business Servicing - Www.schooloftrade.com (SOT) & Joseph James

2 of 2 United Business Servicing reviews

BEWARE! www.schooloftrade.com & www.sidewaysmarkets.com is a scam and Joseph James is a fraud now desperately trying to cover up for years of deceit and lies.

SOT has recently updated their license agreement with statements like this,

"Do not make actual trades based on information or alerts based on any information from SchoolOfTrade.com nor our live Signal services. The signal service, for which you are enrolling sole purpose, is training." See the full article here http://www.schooloftrade.com/terms.php.

WHAT A JOKE! When I was defrauded by JJ he was banging on all day about earning a fantastic living and growing your account. He would often say things like

"if you take 2 losses in a row make sure you switch back to SIM trading" "You will need $1500 minimum capital to start trading with 1 contract"

"once you have made your daily profit goal switch back to SIM trading, no point giving back all that hard earned cash to the markets"

I could go on and on...

Please watch a video of my story at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxFRI-j4SX4 or visit the SOT Review Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/schooloftradecom-Review/126853970701406.

I have been building a case against SOT for over a year now and I am certainly making progress. Please join me to get this guy shut down and held to account for defrauded hundreds of people with his live trade room scam now being re-branded as "training".

JJ promotes massive monthly trading profits luring the unsuspecting novice with the promise of riches, the truth is his system is utter garbage and cannot make any money whatsoever in live trading. He has deliberately deceived and defrauded people and now the heat is on and and the CFTC are no doubt on his case he is trying to cover it all up.

I am not going away JJ until you and SOT are shut down and everyone you have conned over the years is fully compensated.

I can confirm that JJ is a scam. I´am not a member but have followed JJ at the live trade room for almost a year and have submitted questions to him. Why is he not showing the trade DOM. He always do the same trick. Trade and when his first target is hit then he is showing the trade live. Yes Yes.... sorry that I haven´t show the trade.... a *** excuse!

I can confirm Lloyd is completely correct. JJ is a total fraud and ***-man taking advantage of human greed. If anyone complains then it is their fault, either they are a wimp cause they can\'t deal with the loss or they are not following the system etc. However that is why they want to get educated and if you ever want help learning JJ will not have time for you, if you ask specific detailed questions about the how to get the same execution as him he will get upset and loose patience. If you are paying for education then you should get it, this is not just a bad customer experience this is fraud. JJ scalps in the room, he enters on every breakout on his range chart, if it works then you see the trade. His first target is only 3 ticks and then stop goes to breakeven...on something like crude price can wobble 3 ticks in no time. Of course at some point a breakout is going to work, so yes the strategy does work sometimes, but who has counted how many stop out of 3-5 ticks will occur before that.BTW JJ goes on about his episode of becoming profitable about blowing his account twice. It is so close to his heart etc. make me want to vomit in his face. Switching from demo to live is impossible with his system, because he trade 3 contracts and takes 3 tics and move stop to breakeven...if you go from demo to 1 contract, you risk 5-7 ticks and just take 3 ticks profit? so 1 contract trading is not possible with this system...everything is left to this flurry of activity on... John, same for me, I agree with all your comments. I have just published some live audio footage captured while in a session of the SOT live trade room which demonstrates exactly what you write about here. Please search for "sot fake trading results" on google to get a copy of the audio clip.
best regards

I have taken the 3 week trial, and I have my honest review. (Bottom line, Be very careful and suspect of SOT stated "trading" room results, ask for Ninja trader trade summary reports to back up their spreadsheet claims) . Here's my opinion based on my experience -I am always on the lookout for a profitable system, and his spreadsheet/video recaps of profits each day , many times in the thousands of dollars, I needed to find out how to also do that consistantly. However, with each day of the trial, I seen more and more of the holes and weaknesses being quickly and artfully hidden or glossed over by the moderator. Its easy to miss the fact that you dont see his physical entries on screen all the time "before" he calls out the trade. By day 3, I found out why that is, I believe he is gaming the timing difference between his calls in the room, and his "offscreen" entries. He enters a setup "offscreen" in simulation and then delays his verbal calls in the room to ensure a cushion in price (i.e. waiting for confirmation of big money in T&S) and then and only then brings out the trade management chart to the room, but with his price (surprise, surprise) already back several important ticks. He has the benefit of hindsight that it will likely work out (at least to the 1st target) for him by doing this. See this trick being done for yourself with your own free trial if you dont believe me. Pay attention to the time he calls out his trade and look at the Time & Sales, and then... Show more

@Nate Smith, have you traded this system with real money?

No point is saying he is a "honest businessman" when he is NOT! yes the trial period "looks" great, but does he show you the DOM? wait let me answer that, NO he does not!

why does he use a crappy excel file to show the winners/losers? when you can do it all in Ninja! Ask yourself that question before you say he is a "honest businessman"

please try real money, love to hear what you say in the near future.

He seems like an honest businessman, and in the futures business, losses are possible read the risk disclosure from your broker. I have yet to see hime do anything but call small losing trades that are turned to profits by larger winning trades. It's takes $5k to get in the game, if you can't deal with that trade eminis. Other then that he seems very honest and approachable you must be retaded

@Harold - did you see the DOM? I guess no because he does not show the DOM. In which case, he is NOT telling the truth. Anyone can say there trading real money.

@Nano yes he trades real money. But he starts on a SIM everyday right in the morning. Then switches to his live account. Don't get confused and make sure you ask him in the trade room if it was live. He likes to switch and not really announce it. But yes he trades live daily.

On his mailing list, follow his live trade calls. Bought the beginners course a while ago. Still debating on the advanced course. Looks like some people are making money and some people aren't?

This is an obvious and well known scam. Quite frankly, every one should see through this snake oil salesman.

I remember him spamming my you tube in box all the time.

Listen, if some one had a great system that made money, they would go to work for Goldman Sachs, they wouldn't sell it over the internet.
