New ReviewerPer the innumerable reviews online and my personal experience with this company, they are excellent at mismanaging properties. The property I live in that they have been "managing" since its inception in 2021 is operated similarly to the slums.
I will definitely avoid living in any property "managed" by this organization in the future.
They also set up their phone system, so you don't have any opportunity to talk to anyone in their office, because they don't care about people or customer service. Their District Manager, Holly, in the Dallas - Fort Worth area is also very dishonest, dismissive and from my personal experience, very racially biased.
User's recommendation: Avoid them at all cost.
Preferred solution: Correct your evil doers and acknowledge customer concerns..
