I took my car on Wednesday and brought it back home after fixing the windshield. My boyfriend tried to use the parking brake and it didn't work.
I spoke to my mechanic and he told me to ask for a calibration proof. I called the manager, who told me she'll email it to me, but I got no email from her. I went there the next day, she told me the calibration was not approved, so she wanted to charge me between $200-600. I called my insurance company, they said the calibration was proof, why was it not done?
My boyfriend asked for documents, but the lady at Central Parkway branch told me I don't need any documents or receipts. Both of my cars are very well-maintained by the dealership and I am very on top of my car problems. I had no problems until I switched the windshield. I have made a complaint with the insurance company against you guys.
And up to now, the lady hasn't sent the documents or receipts. I do not like the fact that they are playing games and the insurance is doing a full investigation on this matter. I am taking my car to my dealership tomorrow for a full diagnostics. The manager even told me he'll take care of any issues on the phone, which hasn't been done.
Also, it is very frustrating that I can't call the head office. I will give you guys a 0 star if I can.
Monetary Loss: $500.
