KU Medical Center 08/26/21 a year later was able to visually see differences and schedule me a 45 minute spine procedure, I feel stemming from the Occipital Nerve Block >3 Muscles Bilaterally and Other Peripheral Nerve Block >3 Muscles Bilaterally that were not medically recorded, only billed, during a supposed Trigger Point Injection.

Update by user Jul 29, 2021

So far, the story has developed being July 29th, 2021, and I received the two nerve blocks, meant to affect both left and right sides, first nerve block injection that was unknowingly administered during a trigger point injection by Truman Medical Center, Incorporated 1: of, relating to, involving, or located near a periphere or surface part (as of the body) 2: of, relating to, affecting, or being part of the peripheral nervous system peripheral nerves. 3: of, relating to, or being the outer part of the visual field good peripheral vision, and the second nerve block, Occipital Nerve Block is a procedure involving injection of steroids or anesthetics into regions of the greater occipital nerve and the lesser occipital nerve used to treat chronic headaches.

A nerve block is injected at a specific nerve root, where the nerve exits the spinal column. A nerve block is used from pain from labor and childbirth, pain before, during, and after a surgery, such as a joint or knee replacement, caner-related pain, arthritis pain, low back pain or sciatica, migraine, chronic regional pain syndrome, neck pain caused by herniated disks, phantom pain after amputation, lingering pain from a shingles infection, pain from spasms into the blood vessels, excessive sweating, Raynaud's Syndrome. Now, these nerve blocks are generally inserting the needle into the area with the help of an ultrasound, fluoroscope, CT SCAN, or simulator to aid in guiding he needle and distributing the medication into the right area. Once the proper placement is confirmed, the doctor will inject the anesthetic medication.

You will be moved to a recovery area and monitored for any adverse reactions. Neck and back nerve blocks cervical epidural (neck) thoracic epidural (upper back and ribs) lumbar epidural (lower back and buttocks.) Most surgical nerve blocks can be considered permanent. A peripheral nervous system connects the nerves from your brain and spinal cord, or central nervous system, and to the rest of your body. This includes: arms, hands, feet, legs, internal organs, mouth, face.

The job of these nerves is to deliver signals about physical sensations back to your brain. Three types of peripheral nerves are sensory nerves, which connect to your skin, motor nerves, which connect to your muscles, autonomic nerves, which connect your internal organs. Active Complaints Filed: Missouri Board of Healing Arts, Missouri Nursing Board (instructed me to consult with an attorney as it was clear I did not agree with the records), Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Truman Medical Center, Incorporated Patient Advocacy, Truman Medical Center, Incorporated Social Services, United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, United States Courts Western District of Missouri, The Joint Commissioner (currently monitoring TMC, I), The Better Business Bureau (awaiting explanation of charges), Charlie Shields, CEO, Jennifer Irvine. Since August 4th, 2020, Truman Medical Center, Incorporated has medically recorded my patient visits', most being complained on with the above mentioned agencies.

Three visits' have been recorded, submitted, complained/submit medical records and voice recordings to the above mentioned agencies along with trigger point injection bills and entire record, at Truman Medical Center, Incorporated. Due to the fact of "following an instruction" and contacting I feel over 300+ attorneys, I attempted to file Form 1983, as instructed, and kindly was directed to United States Courts Western District of Missouri, and they really stood tall and handed me an Pro Se packet to complete the request in a manner or form that was documentable in their courts, pertaining to Personal Injury Medical Malpractice, anyone can file a type of case down there with a civil cover sheet and I specifically asked to move forward without paying court costs, or to proceed as a "poor person" like I have currently divorcing "Protected Form of Pauperis/Motion To Proceed As A Protected Poor Person", anywho. I don't know that it will go anywhere, or even enter a court, other than a simple case number, but the effort while awaiting Social Security Administration to look at my care since 08/04/20 being denied twice with all these records.

Sheesh! Thank you United States Courts Western District of Missouri for your service.

08/04/20 I went in for a trigger point injection by Dr. Farhan at Truman Medical Center.

Dr. Farhan verbally asked, "Is it okay if I give you six more shots into the back of your head and neck?" I replied "Do I need it?" Dr.

Farhan stated "Yes, your very tense I'm going to inject your head and neck six more times." Three Verbal Recordings that do not match Medical Records, no physical exams performed. "Sharp shooting pain with numbness to right pinky tip frustrated with doctors' visits" recorded by RIta Marlier PT at Truman Medical Center, Incorporated.

User's recommendation: USE YOUR RECORDERS.

Preferred solution: Explanation Of Charges.
