This company is a total ripoff and if I could leave no stars I would. We sent in the letter of termination in November and I have still not received the Release from them.

I've called and left messages and also sent emails I get no call backs or responses to my emails. Triump is still receiving my checks and the billing I've done won't pay until I get the letter of release. I called again today and still no answers.

What do I have to do for you guys to fix this. I'm totally disappointed with the customer service team and this company!
