Tri-State Health Care is a non-profit organization that units health care businesses with the goal to improve the quality of patients’ service and health care in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa. Its members represent purchasers, also known as employers, and health care providers: hospitals, consultants, health plans and pharmaceutical companies. The organization is committed to utilizing the best practice guidelines and providing people with access to quality health care. It also monitors and spreads federal, state and local health policy information, provides health care education for patients, coordinates community engagement in opportunities to improve the health status of the region, encourages collaboration and partnerships between health care providers, supports healthy lifestyles and wellness initiatives.
