Treassury Retail Securities has been met with a "stone wall".
U.S. Treasury Retail Securities has stopped responding to all emails (July 1,2022), each time I call the listed customer information line (844-284-****) I am told the waiting time exceeds the number of customers they are able to respond to, please call back another day...this at noon on July 1, 2022.

User's recommendation: If you are in a position where USPS is unavailable...kiss off.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: a physical delivery address, i.e., a street address where DHL or FedEx or UPS can/will deliver..
TreasuryDirect Pros: Great adjusted inflation rate of return.
TreasuryDirect Cons: Us treasury is intractable as expected.
