I wish there was a way to select a "negative star" for the customer service rating. You cannot talk with ANYONE over the phone.
Everything is through chat...when you can get them. Craig was unable to respond to the most basic billing questions with a smidgen of competence. God help you if you get him. We had perfect service for almost a year, and then earlier this year they decided to "improve" their Magenta plan...charging us almost $50.00 more per month.
Within weeks, we had NO INTERNET...but still got to pay the increased rate. We went almost one month without internet (by the way, we work from home). They finally deduced that we needed a new SIM card. We got the new card...yeah internet!
And then we didn't, They deduced we needed a new router...more delays. And then they changed it again. This time with a reduction in rate from $149 to $99/month. Pretty sweet right?
It's been 3 months and I haven't seen the credit for the one month of no internet. Can you talk with anyone? NOOOO!
You get to play text footsies for one hour when the call would have taken 5 minutes. Unfortunately, TravelData is the most economical and as long as we're full-time RVers, we're screwed.
User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE! If you can afford higher up front costs, go with a better company.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
