I placed an order online, shopping mostly in the clearance to get a feel for their sizing and quality. (had been approved for a credit card) I ordered a pair of shorts that were perfect, 2 pair of panties also decent quality, a 2pk boot socks, wouldn't fit p.s they were so small my 10 year old couldn't get them on.

I also purchased a dress (the one item I was most excited about) I received an email 2 days later informing me that the dress was cancelled , which was a bummer but if they don't have it they don't have it. The issue that I am having is that I am still being charged for this dress. I have called customer service twice the first time I waited on hold for about 15 min then was offered a telephone call back (never received it) Called again the next day waited on hold more than a half hour then my call was disconnected. So I tried contacting by email, got the conformation that it would be answered...

that was a week ago. I will not pay this bill that is due in 2 weeks if my issue is not resolved. Seriously pissed off how many times do I need to contact this company to get a response. Never again will I be placing an order with this company I am over it..

should have just stuck with simply be I have never had am issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Torrid Cons: Being over charged and having my discounts arbitrarily removed, Customer service, Cancelled orders.
