Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on The User's distance from Colorado. For orders placed with expedited 2nd day air shipping topodesigns.com use UPS, so transit time only applies to weekdays and Website cannot ship to PO boxes. topodesigns.com ship all of Topo Designs's' orders out of Denver, CO, so international shipments travel a very long way. Company's current shipping carrier + ship method doesn't support delivery to all global locations. Feel free to check out some of Topo Designs's' retailers who may deliver to The Client's international address: Urban Outfitters, Zappos, REI, Backcountry, Nordstrom and more. The Customer's order should ship within 2 business days of when it was placed. Topo Designs's' order has shipped. If The User of Website have selected 2nd Day Air shipping, The Client's order will arrive on the 2nd business day. The tracking number I received says that Company's order has been delivered, but I'm not able to locate it. It may be delivered 1 day after The Client receive the delivery notification. If The Client's package doesn't show up after a day, Topo Designs recommend that The User file a claim with the shipping carrier.
