Contact Time4MathFacts Customer Service

While there is no Time4MathFacts email for customers’ inquiries, you can use the “Contact Us” form on the website. To do that, scroll down the main page and click the “Contact Us” button. Afterward, you will be redirected to the inquiry submission form. To fill out the form you need to provide your full name, email, phone number and describe your request. After you submit the inquiry, it will be forwarded directly to the Time4MathFacts customer service team.
Before submitting a request, you can check out Time4MathFacts “FAQ” section. It lists answers and explanations to the most frequently asked questions and inquiries, including information about pricing, general service usage and technical issues that users may experience.

To login to your Time4MathFacts account you need to click the “Log In” button in the upper right corner of the main page. Logging in as a student requires your full name and password, and logging in as a parent requires an email and password.
If you don't have a Time4MathFacts login account, click the “Sign Up” button in the upper right corner of the main page. Once you have provided contact details and payment information, your Time4MathFacts account will be created.
