The User's tickets are emailed to The Client immediately upon purchase. I don't see the e-tickets in Company's email inbox. Please check The Client's spam folder, as The Customer's email server might have incorrectly placed them there. If so, please add ticketvibe.com as a safe-sender domain. From there on the Ticketvibe's' Account page The User of Websitell select Company's Orders" to view The Customer's upcoming event tickets and re-send The Client's receipt/tickets. If The User of Website are having trouble logging in, see the next question below. The User of Website are welcome to print The Customer's e-ticket(s) but The Customer are also welcome to show the ticket(s) on The Client's mobile device. The confirmation is simply the confirmation of The Client's purchase for The Customer's personal records. The address to the venue is on The Client's e-tickets, which is the attachment to The User's email confirmation. The check-in teams at the events will know what The Client's package includes.
