You work hard and save all your life only to be swindled out of it by an unscrupulous RV Manufacturer. Just as the auto industry of the early 70's.

Unfortunately we won't be getting the Japanese making Rv's , to force the industry to rethink their quality control. Thank God I just got rid of my Thor Tuscany, what a piece of junk. I enjoy going to RV shows and relaying my bad experiences to possible Thor buyers much to the dismay of the sales reps on hand.

I also spread the word to all that will listen as we travel the country. I recommend all unsatisfied customers spread the word.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $265000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Thor Industries Cons: Quality control, Failure to stand behind product, Playing phone tag with no results.

I agree with you 100 % ! Voice your opinion and post your reviews on the dealership that has sold you the junk units.

It may be a long battle, but negative publicity eventually goes around, and maybe? some good will come out of it!

Thor ACE. DONT BUY.

Day after purchase in 2014: batteries dead, hydraulic fluid leaking, slide-out out of alignment, no-name water pump failing, remote for radio not provided and shower insert leaking/needed to be replaced.

Steered like boat. Had to add steering stabilizer. Am on my 3rd summer and here is list of additional repairs so far: door locks failed, factory installed/flawed bumper replaced; 5th no-name water pump failed, EXTENSIVE leaking on rainy days, generator power transfer switch blew, furnace failure, battery switch failure, improperly installed sink replaced, low grade shocks replaced, step motor replaced, radio failed, carbon monoxide detector failed, improperly installed 30 amp electrical socket failure/melted power cord, Formica separating. Departure for current trip delayed.

RV back at shop due to failure of house batteries disconnect switch and failure of transmission gasket. DONT BUY.

Same here. Fit and finish are truly hit or miss.
