I cannot reach nobody over the phone to talk or schedule an appointment. I sent an e-mail to contact me and have not received anything back.

I am confused since have an Groupon I bought for $224 and don't what to do with it. My question is why do you advertised a service if it does not exist. I live in Bellevue and have to schedule time off from work and that's why I was trying to contact the office and was not able to do this.

I don't believe the company actually the real one. I also need to know if they have a local phone number instead of 877 one.

You need only contact your credit card company. As long as it hasn't been more than 6 months, you you be able to get your money back. I had to do the same thing for a Groupon massage package I purchased when the owner would not return my calls.

Call Groupon to schedule your appt. there is a number on your email. With your Groupon certificate.
