Co emailed me on 4/7 telling me they sent a replacement karaoke machine to me with tracking #. Fedex shows shipment label created refuses to contact fedex or provide me reference # showing fedex picked it up.
Not willing to rectify by sending another machine out they tell me I need to call fedex to submit a claim and fedex says I cannot because the package has not been shipped. And the co needs to file a claim using the ref# fedex would have provided. I was told after several calls that they will have the warehouse call me and no idea how long it will take. They take no responsibility and have put me in the middle between fedex and I cannot do anything.
They just tell me all we can say is it shipped and it is fedex. Then why use fedex!!!my return label they sent was ups. Of course they say they are not responsible for lost packages once they are shipped but they have not proved it has shipped or did anything to help. No option for ins either.
Very terrible company to deal with. They were great until I did not get my shipment.
Now they do nothing but they have my machine I sent for warranty that was defective in the 1st place. 220.00 thrown away
