Sent me the wrong item. Won't refund my money.

My wife ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from TRR. They sent her a pair of shoes.

When we sent the shoes back, TRR refused to acknowledge their mistake and refund my $525. Company defrauds its customers. The customer service is terrible. There are many, many complaints about this company.

Unfortunatley, I found out too late. Now I'm out $525!

In brief - bought a ring it took 11 days to get to me - opened the box was not as nice as filtered photos - returned which they say on website takes approx 5 days they received in on the 19th never saw refund contacted by text thread they said 7-10 days okay waited no refund texted again they said 10 -15 days called customer service in another country not only could I not understand agent total background noise of a call center was terrible - then was told you cant go by the date the shipper delivers it you go from when it actually gets to the dept in the company then the days start ! Ridiculous in every way - this was my first purchase and will not do business with them again EVER impossible to talk to someone in the states - i could go in and on with my experience and the hours I spent attempting to resolve the issues but I would be typing all day and night - I honestly have no idea how they stay in business - buyers and consigners beware stay far far away from them.

FRAUD

They say they "authenticate" all of their products but they use people in their company that work for them-not you. They are standing behind their "experts" who obviously made a mistake here.

Terrible customer service to disregard a complaint of a fake. It's fraud to sell inauthentic art/jewelry and say it's real. I've received fake sunglasses and a fake John Hardy ring. The sunglasses they took back and apologized.

This customer service person is very dismissive and frankly rude. These are the exact John Hardy (style)rings. Though you can see one is real and the other is FAKE. See photos:the first two photo is from Real Real and the second two from Fashionphile.

The Fashionphile ring comes with authentication letter and the original John Hardy box. The real real came in a stiff fake velvet black pouch. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. The color of the silver is even different from all the John Hardy rings I own and love.

The Real Real John Hardy logo inside the ring is faint and unreadable.

The ring from Fashionphile John Hardy logo is crisp and clear-like all of my other John Hardy rings. Click on photos to see whole image

I was lied to regarding consignment. The rep told myself and cousin that the TRR commission was 30% when I asked what it was.
TRR commission is on a sliding scale and can be as little as 20% while they take 80%.
Ive complained and I as still waiting for management to get back to me.

Couldn’t get an answer on the phone. The company only allowed you to communicate via text/email and obviously is targeting a younger crowd. No good since we still exist and it’s nothing wrong to expect to have somebody to pick up the phone and have a conversation.
