I’ve owned my Perfect sleep chair since 6/2021

I’ve owned my Perfect sleep chair since 6/2021. My remote was installed incorrectly by the movers.

The cord attached to the remote was stretch so much the chair started acted really bad. How do I get a new remote with cord? I have a picture of the model & serial numbers but not sure how to send this to you via this communication. When I asked how do I get a invoice saying paid he replied the movers would give it to you.

That didn’t happen.
