There is no field any where on your website or information site for a cancellation. I would like to cancel my order before it is sent out but nothing is provided to do so.

100 words could not describe my frustration and decision that I would never order anything more from your company. I will also tell all of my friends that your company is not customer friendly. You really need to try to have someone solve a problem for yourself and see how many loops you have to go through and still not have a solution. My daughter has already purchased one for her father so I need to cancel the order I made on Sunday(no office opened).

I have spent at least one hour trying to reach someone today on Monday.

Apparently your company must be on Pacific time and I will have to wait another two hours to reach a human being I can talk to. I'm very disappointed and realize I will have to go through the trouble of returning my purchase by mail.
