I am very disappointed. The handle broke while I was going down stairs causing me to tumble down the whole flight. There is a broken piece in the handle that won't go back in or stay in, so it can't even be fixed. I bought the cane in March, 90 days is a short performance life for a product that is being touted as a brilliant invention.
Based on this issue and others posted on this site, it appears that HurryCane needs to have a good engineer look at or study the metal that is used in the support components ....that is screws, pins etc. this is what is continuously failing
I don't know if I'm going to try it again
