Tried the email on the web site - was rejected every time. Handle separates from the cane.
It is just a pressure fit - nothing to hold it in. Tried phone gave up after a l o n g wait. Will try the cane that Costco sells - at they have excellent customer service. Said it all - now to get to 100 words - 100 words would just repeat - no customer service - cane needs better engineering.
Still not at 100 words.
