Sad to say I wanted this to be good being made in the USA but it isn't. Never stood up and keeps losing the bottom part.
But the worse part was how rude their customer service is. The girl told me I don't know how to use it. Excuse me, what is to learn. It does not even stand up on a new wood floor let alone anything else.
I took it yesterday to the store and was walking along and though wow this seems short, yes short because the bottom was missing. I had to back track to find it. This is the second time for that.
It would be great if it worked as canes seem to always be a problem as to where to put them when at a restaurant etc. Oh well my granddaughter was so happy when she gave this to me, but I won't tell her about the problems.
