My wife ordered 2, one red and one blue. They shipped 1 (red) and stonewalled for about a year, when we tried to rectify the situation.
We still haven't gotten the 2nd cane. It's too bad, because we ordered them for my 84-year-old mother, and she likes the one that she received. She would've appreciated two, because sometimes she forgets where she left it. It's very frustrating when a company gives you the run-around.
I mentioned this on Hurrycane's website, but they removed my review. Big surprise.
The shame is, it would've been so easy for them to fix the situation, but they chose not to. Not the way to conduct a business, I'd say.
