I also lost one of the pads on the foot of the Hurrycane that I purchased two years ago. I called Hurrycane for pads and they also told me they didn't make that cane any longer and also they don't make the replacement pads for it.

I purchased a new one for a discounted $29.95 but I just can't get it out of my head. That is not right to discontinue an item after only two years and not have replacement parts.

A couple weeks ago I purchased parts for my 26 YEAR OLD CAR. I should never have purchased the new one even at the discounted price.

Reason of review: unable to get parts after only 2 years.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

The Hurrycane Pros: Way it handles.

The Hurrycane Cons: Problem with pad replacement or lack of.

I have had two Hurry Canes in the past 4 or 5 years. Both had the entire "base/foot" of the canes just came off while I was walking.

This happened last night, on my second cane, while I was shopping and sightseeing in Branson, MO. I almost lost my balance when it happened.

Prior to this happening, my canes lost their ability to stand alone.

I tried the remedies online and nothing helped. I noticed that these canes are being sold at Military PX's and I plan on informing them of the problems with the Hurry Canes.
