Wife rear ended while stopped. Called to inform Hanover insurance company.
Didnt hear back for nearly a week and played phone tag with adjuster. Disrespected by adjuster who made several wrong references to my name. Told us to call our insurance agent for copy of policy which we signed for. Told us that we would have to pay the deductible despite being in the right.
Asked for supervisor and was given a name. Another person called back and was unreachable for more than two weeks. Promised to get recordings of negative phone call with adjuster and later said they only recorded incoming calls.
Finally admitted that our appraisal had been sent to their company a d to adjuster five weeks earlier was somehow lost! Nearly two months since collision and dealership still waiting for approval to order parts!
User's recommendation: Do not use this insurance company. Have heard from others they are very slow!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
